For over 29 years, OIC has teamed up with Santa Claus and the Los Angeles Police Department Special Weapons and Tactics (LAPD SWAT) unit to host an annual holiday party and toy giveaway for pediatric patients and their families at our OIC downtown location. As children wait in line, Santa Claus arrives in a helicopter and is escorted in an armored vehicle by the LAPD SWAT team. Through this event, we serve over 2,000 children in the local community.
